The following online tools and materials will be provided to help participants throughout the program:
Schedule
Each participant will receive a custom schedule with suggested completion dates for material and assignments/projects. This schedule is based on an average of previous participants’ experiences. A single Certificate varies in length, but is generally completed in 4-6 weeks (see the course catalog for more details).
Materials
All materials and reading are included within the course package, and will be provided electronically when possible. The participant is granted access to the course online – via an online platform where instructional videos can be found.
Applied Projects
The certificate provides participants with structured projects that help develop a portfolio of working tools and experience with applying best practices to their organization. Each course contains assignments and projects that are specific to the material covered in that course. It is an expectation that the participant communicates with their organization’s executive team (if currently employed) on progress and shares assignments and lessons learned.
1-1 Guidance from Experts
Each participant will be assigned a mentor to guide them through their selected courses and regularly check in with them to ensure they are making progress. Mentorship is a flagship of the ASU program.
